Are your products safe for teenagers?+
Yes — the line was designed with first routines in mind. Fresh Sprout, Pure Spring, and Dew Drop SPF 50 are a good place to start.
Are you cruelty-free and vegan?+
Both. No animal-derived ingredients, no animal testing, by us or anyone we work with.
What's the shelf life once opened?+
24 months once opened, across the line. Look for the open-jar symbol on the bottle.
I'm pregnant, can I use everything?+
Most of the line is fine, but salicylic acid (in Glow Shield and Moss Fresh) is something to ask your doctor about. We'll happily recommend alternatives.
How long will my order take?+
Colombo same-day if you order before 12 noon. Island-wide standard is 3–5 working days. Free over LKR 7,500.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We're working on it, sign up to the newsletter and you'll hear first.
What's your return policy?+
14 days, no questions, even if you've opened it. If it didn't agree with your skin, we want to know, and we want it back so we can learn from it.
Where can I buy in person?+
