Throughout the site, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to ForestKind. We make this website, together with all the information, tools and services available on it, available to you, the user, on the basis that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out here.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you access or use the site. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept all of these terms, you may not use the site or any of its services. Where these Terms of Service are treated as an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to them.
Any new features or tools added to the store are also covered by these Terms of Service. You can review the current version at any time on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of these terms by posting changes to the site, and it is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. Continuing to use or access the site after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
Our store is hosted on WooCommerce, which provides the online commerce platform that lets us sell our products and services to you.
Section 1 - Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent for any minor dependants to use the site. You must not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and you must not break any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws, when using the service.

You understand that your content, other than card payment information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmission over various networks and changes made to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Card payment information is always encrypted when transferred over networks.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for decisions without consulting more accurate, complete or timely sources. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
The site may contain historical information, which by its nature is not current and is provided for reference only. We may change the contents of the site at any time but are under no obligation to update any of its information, and it is your responsibility to keep track of any changes.

Prices for our products may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or service, or any part of it, at any time without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation.
Section 5 - Products and services
ForestKind controls and operates the site from Sri Lanka, and orders are shipped within Sri Lanka. Stock information is generally shown on the site and can help you estimate whether an item will ship promptly, but we cannot guarantee that a product shown as in stock will ship immediately, as stock levels can change from day to day. Occasionally an item may be in stock when you order but sold out by the time the order is processed; if that happens we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know the order cannot be fulfilled, and any charge will be refunded.
Prices and availability shown on the site may change without notice, and all prices are displayed and charged in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Listing or describing a product or service does not guarantee that it is currently available or imply our endorsement of it. Where an item is listed at the wrong price because of a typographical or supplier error or any other reason, we may refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed or your payment taken; in that case we will promptly refund any amount charged. Pre-packaged gifts are assembled individually and may vary slightly, and we may substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original becomes unavailable. Risk in any product passes to you on delivery, but title does not pass until we have received payment in full in cleared funds.
Certain products or services may be available only online and in limited quantities, and may be returned or exchanged only in line with our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show colours accurately. We may, but are not obliged to, limit the sale of our products or services to any person, region or jurisdiction, and we may limit the quantities of any product or service; we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service or information you buy will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Section 6 - Accuracy of billing and account information
We may refuse any order you place with us and may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household or per order, including orders placed under the same account, card or billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to contact you using the email, billing address or phone number provided at the time. We may also limit or prohibit orders that in our judgement appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for every order, and to keep your account details, including your email address and payment details, up to date so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Section 7 - Customs duties and taxes
Products you buy may be subject to taxes, duties and fees imposed by the relevant authorities, depending on local regulations. Any such charges that are not included in our prices or shipping costs are payable by you; ForestKind is not responsible for them.

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties, representations or endorsement of any kind, and we accept no liability arising from your use of them. Any use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk, and you should make sure you are familiar with, and happy with, the terms on which the relevant provider supplies them.
